I am so very grateful to Diana for her help selling my mom’s place in Ibis Cove! Mom had a fall and moved into assisted living last year, and it took me over a year to convince her to sell her home. As a result, we came into a market that had slowed considerably, with a glut of comparable properties for sale in the same community, just out of season, during what is arguably the worst time of the year to sell a home in Naples. Diana got us on the market quickly and priced the home competitively. She was also understanding of the fact that, under our circumstances, we had neither the time nor the money to do any significant upgrades or repairs to the home. She also navigated us safely past a couple of low ball offers, particularly when a competing property had sold at 100K under what we were asking. Her experience, care, and professionalism were evident throughout every step of the process. She was knowledgeable, available, and always responsive whether by phone, text, or email. I also recognize that she certainly had other higher end properties for sale at the time that demanded her attention, but nevertheless, she always made us feel like we were her only sale. I would strongly, and absolutely, recommend Diana to anyone selling a home in Naples, and my sincere thanks to her again for making selling mom’s home such a smooth and stress free experience!
